Nativity Fundraiser
A fundraising event is coming up soon - on Tuesday, January 27, 2009 (part of 4-day weekend, so you don't miss any school), from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at the Nativity School in Burke. Here's the address: 6398 Nativity Lane Burke, VA 22015. Basically this event will involve teaching 7th and 8th graders the basics of chess. This will count towards your lettering points, so we especially encourage those of you who have not yet stepped up to volunteer for anything to do so now. The sign-up posterboard is in the back of room 234, but contact us as well if you want to volunteer.
