N.B. The internship session has moved from 4pm-6pm to lunch and break sessions.
If you are a student audience, please plan to arrive around 8:30 - 8:50am and stay until 6pm.  The conference will start at 9:00am sharp.

Students, it would be a good idea to bring a notebook to take notes during the conference.  Please also brainstorm some questions to ask during the conference as we will have a 10-minute Q&A session after every presentation.

DIRECTIONS:

You have to provide your own transportation. If you need a ride, please email us at excelsior.tj.conf@gmail.com ASAP and we will try to arrange a ride for you.

The conference will be at the Ball Room, which is on the 3rd floor of Student Union II. Once you get into Student Union II, turn left and continue walking until you reach the ball room at the end: http://coyote.gmu.edu/map/maphtml/sub21.html
** Please park in the Sandy Creek Parking Deck nearby http://coyote.gmu.edu/map/maphtml/parkingdeck2.html There will be a small fee for parking.**

There will be student volunteers standing outside the parking deck and in front of the Student Union building to direct you.
