Purpose of Lettering
Thomas Jefferson Investment Club is one of the few clubs that offers members the opportunity to letter. Those who letter recieve a certificate and a pin to put on their letter jackets.
Competitive Lettering
This year, Thomas Jefferson Investment Club will be experimenting with a new method of awarding letters. Members will not recieve a letter after they reach a fixed number of points; rather, the members in the top 20% of the entire score range at the end of the year will recieve letters. This creates competition and will encourage members to participate in club activities throughout the entire year.
Lettering Scores
The club officers will keep track of the lettering values of all members over the course of the year.
