
Techstravaganza Timeline
December 12th:
-TWIST labs/write ups (most) finalized
-15 labs from WISE
-contact organizations
-mail out fundraising letters
December 12th:
-WISE write ups due
-material list for TWIST labs
December 19th:
-preliminary map
-review labs (make sure the write ups are good, do a test run, etc.)
January 16th:
-complete materials list for TWIST/WISE labs (by store, by lab, and include
quantities)
-purchase order/have some materials for TWIST labs bought/stored
-map (talk to Ms. Modell to confirm rooms/gyms)
-talk to Science dept. for supplies
February 27th:
-Try to have a confirmed list of organizations/sponsors
for Techstrav
-have middle school invitation packets prepared
-WISE and TWIST posters due
March 6th:
-T shirt design finalized /order
-send out invitations to middle schools (maybe later?)
-publicity (fcps, newspapers, flyers?)
March 13/20th:
-passports, prizes
-thank you notes/gifts for teachers/sponsors
March 28th:
