3. Notes for Reactive Questions<br>
I don't think people had enough time to think about these, which kind of countered the "logical <br>
 opponent" assumption. For example, on the first question no team got a positive score. On <br>
the second question you were trying to guess half the average of the teams, and tons of people <br>
put 500, so they thought everyone else would put 1000? Also, it seemed that for the fifth question<br>
, Sam's perfect number 28 was the most commonly answered perfect number. For the first twenty <br>
questions, it turns out that team 5 did the best, but then the Three Musketeers beat them by <br>
destroying the last five questions, guessing everything within bounds except the winning team. <br>
