Guest SpeakerRakib Anam is a climate activist and technology leader working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and sustainability. As the Chairman of the UNA Youth Group and an Advisory Board Member for multiple global organizations, he has dedicated his career to leveraging emerging technologies to drive environmental action.
Rakib is a Founding Member and the Founding Technology Director of Climate Cardinals, where he led the development of AI-powered translation systems in partnership with Google Cloud, automating the translation of over 3 million words of climate education materials into 100+ languages. He has also served as a youth advisor to the Canadian Conseil de Gouvernance Numérique and the United Nations Foundation, focusing on the role of technology in public policy.
Rakib specializes in the application of AI, Blockchain, and Big Data to tackle pressing environmental challenges. His mission is to create a digitally safe and sustainable future by integrating technology with social impact.
