Emily Toth
ChairHi everyone! My name is Emily Toth and I am thrilled to be your Chair at TECHMUN XXXII! I’ve been doing MUN for 3 years and it has become a major part of my life at TJ. From handstand competitions with the chairs to baking cookies for everyone in committee, MUN has truly become a lifestyle.
Outside of MUN, you can find me baking (usually for committee), playing piano, or listening to rap (Eminem is the best, prove me wrong). As anyone can tell you, I love learning languages (I speak 4 fluently and am learning 3) and am always up-to-date on current events worldwide.
I’m also a huge sports fan and watch every single Capitals game (mainly to see Ovechkin hit 895), and follow the Commanders and the Eagles (go birds!). I also do cheer and varsity girls' wrestling.
My best advice to you is to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. Whether it’s leading a block or giving a speech, I hope you learn to be a better MUN delegate, public speaker, researcher, and collaborator. If you have any questions about TJ, the committee, or MUN in general, please email Neha and me at whotechmun2025@gmail.com. Good luck and see you in April!

Neha Shetwal
ChairHey everyone! Welcome to TechMUN XXXII’s World Health Organization! My name is Neha Shetwal, and I am so excited to be your chair for this committee. I am currently a sophomore at TJ, and have been participating in Model UN for the past four years. Since I fumbled through my very first committee in middle school, I can confidently say that some of my best memories have come from MUN. Whether it may be standing up to speak, or taking initiative within your bloc, I encourage all delegates to step out of their comfort zones and try something new. MUN is a platform through which I have made some of my best friends and grown a tremendous amount, and I hope that I can bring the same experience to you!
Outside of MUN, you can find me with a good book, listening to music, or watching bad TV shows (always open to recommendations!). Throughout this committee, I am looking for delegates who push innovative ideas, work diplomatically with others, and deliver confident speeches. But most importantly, I want all of you to make a contribution you feel proud of, and walk away from this conference feeling more confident in your skills. Whether this may be your first conference or last, feel free to reach out to ask questions or just chat! Don’t hesitate to email me at whotechmun2025@gmail.com for anything regarding this committee. I look forward to seeing you all!
