Tejavi Kumar

Hi guys! My name is Tejavi Kumar and I’m extremely excited to be your chair for FBI Open Up: Federal Bureau of Investigation! I’m a junior at TJ and this is my third year doing MUN. Whether it's cramming in prep the day before a conference, writing my opening speech during opening ceremonies, having lunch with friends I made in committee, or tripping over a chair when going up to give a mod, MUN has been a part of my high school experience that I will never forget. It has given me the skills to be a better communicator, researcher, and speaker.

When I’m not grinding out my position papers or school, you’ll probably see me scoring buckets at the rec center, playing lacrosse, or going on a boba run with friends. In terms of this committee, the biggest thing I want to see from each delegate is their effort in every committee session. Even though I may have a slight Panda Express addiction, it’s nothing compared to Neha’s obsession with Batman. I want all of you to come in with 100% effort and end with 110%. I also want to see each delegate pushing themselves to strengthen their weaknesses and adapting to the flow of committee. As always, TechMUN is a great place to improve your MUN skills and learn from fellow delegates. If you have any questions about anything don’t hesitate to email us at fbiopenuptechmun2024@gmail.com. Let's 'decode' those complex issues and make resolutions so good, they're 'top secret.’ Can’t wait to see everyone at TechMUN!

Neha Chandran

Hey guys! My name is Neha Chandran, and I’m a junior here at TJ. I’ve been doing MUN since middle school, and now I can’t imagine my life without it. MUN has taught me to step out of my comfort zone and not be afraid to take risks — even if it means embarrassing myself in front of the entire committee! From time management to effective communication, I can honestly say that I’ve learned so many valuable skills that I put to use every day. But moreover, I’ve met some of the most amazing people through MUN who’ve always been there for me, both in and out of committee.

Outside of MUN, I enjoy drawing, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. In reality, you can probably find me binge watching Friends for hours or bullying Tejavi for her Panda Express addiction. I’m thrilled to be your chair for FBI and hope you guys are just as excited as I am for this committee. We value creativity and thinking outside the box, so we encourage you to go crazy with your solutions, as long as they are still practical. But above everything, we want you all to have fun and get ready for some serious interrogation. If you have any questions or concerns, or even just want to say hi, email us at fbiopenuptechmun2024@gmail.com Can’t wait to see you all soon :)
